TEAM BLUFFTON ACCOMPLISHES 185LBS-JOSIE BATTLE

TODAY WAS A HARD AND TRYING DAY IT FELT THAT WAY FOR ME ALL WEEK. THERE IS ALWAYS TEMPTATION OUT THERE. THANKS TO ISLAND PACKET, BREAKTHROUGH FITNESS, TO ALL THE TRAINERS SLOWLY BUT SURLEY YOU HAVE ALL HELPED ME GAIN CONFIDENCE BACK INTO MY LIFE. THIS WHOLE PROGRAM HAS HELPED ME MANAGE MY EATING( ALTHOUGH I DO SPLURGE AT TIMES) BUT I CAN CONTROL MYSELF TO COMPONSATE ON OTHER DAYS. IT HAS ALSO HELPED GET THE STREGNTH TO TRY AND QUIT SMOKING. I WENT 2 DAYS BUT I DID HAVE 1 LAST NIGHT. I WILL BE WORKING ON IT. I ALSO HOPE FOR THE NEXT 12 WKS TO LOOSE ANOTHER 14LBS. IT WAS A WONDERFUL ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR EVERYONE TODAY.

ALLRIGHT OUR GROUP MEETING WAS GOOD. I AM AT A STEADY LOSING A LB/ WK. I DO NEED TO WORK ON CHANGING THAT TO 2LBS PER WEEK. I LIKE MY NEW TRAINER BILLIE. SHES GREAT AND SHE IS PUSHING ME WHEN I AM EXHAUSTED AND I SAY I CANT DO ANY MORE OR WE JUST GET SAY MY TEN DONE SHE IS LIKE GOOD GIVE 2 MORE. SHE SEES I AM IMPROVING VERY MUCH ITS STILL MY PLANNING WITH THE FOODS, LIKE CHRIS SAY. IF I PLAN I DO BETTER!!!!! I NEED TO PUSH THESE NEXT FEW WEEKS. I WILL WRITE BACK IN ON SAT.

YEAH ITS EASY TO SAY THAT NOW UNTIL IM GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS. I MUST SAY I DO HAVE ALOT ON MY PLATE AND AT TIMES MY LIFE IS DRAINING BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. TUESDAY NIGHT SPIN CLASS WAS GREAT. IT WAS AGAIN A GREAT WORK OUT, GREAT MUSIC, AND IT WAS SO EFFECTIVE FOR ME. I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT I WAS ABLE TO DO THIS ABDOMINAL EXERCISE BETTER. THE KEY IS TO HOLD YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK AND JUST HOLD YOUR SELF UP WITH YOUR ABS. HAHAHA THE FIRST TIME I DID THIS I COULDNT. I KEPT SLIDING OF THE SEAT. SO I WAS SO PROUD TO HOLD MY SELF UP TO DO THIS. ALL RIGHT TO NIGHT I HOPE I AM ABLE TO SHADOW W/ DAVE AND MICHELLE. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT BREAK THROUGH FITNESS AND "THE MATRIX".

TODAY WAS PRETTY TOUGH. IT FELT A LITTLE EASIER BUT HARD. IT WAS LIKE I FELT WEAK AT TIMES. BUT OVERALL I COULD FEEL MY MUSCLES ALREADY ACHING DURING THE WORK OUT. I ALSO DID 27 MIN. ON THE ELIPTICAL. I STARTED YAWNING AND CHRIS INFORMED ME THAT MY BODY NEEDS SOME OXYGEN. I NEVER KNEW THAT. WELL TOMORROW I WILL PROBABLY SHOOT FOR THE SPIN CLASS. I ALSO AIM FOR AT LEAST 2-3 LBS OFF FOR SAT'S WEIGH IN.

TODAY WE MET AS A GROUP @ 8:30 AM TO DO SOME TRAINING AND DO OUR WEEKLY WEIGH INS. I LOST 3.5 LBS. NOT MUCH BUT I FEEL ITS ACTUALLY GOOD ENOUGH. I AM RECOVERING FROM MY CONSTANT CHARLIE HORSE CRAMPP IN MY ONE CALF. THAT WAS THE BATTLE ON THUR. AND FRIDAY. IT HURT TO WALK AND LIFT MY LEG. I WANTED TO CRY. I WAS ACTUALLY DISCOURAGED. SO I DIDNT DO CARDIO ON THUR. JUST 50 CRUNCHES. FRIDAY I DID 35 MIN OF CARDIO. IM GLAD MY CALF FELT BETTER FOR THE BOOT CAMP TRIAL. IT WAS GOOD THEY WORKED US AS BILL SAYS. EVERYONE WAS GREAT, HELPFUL, AND LETTING US KNOW THAT WE WERE DOING WELL. ALL THE TRAINERS THOUGHT WE DID WELL.
